Velvara's Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Standard shipping times within the UK are typically 2-3 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, usually between 7–14 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 within the UK.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods or sales events.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
